Newsletter terms

The provider is Aizen Media sp. z o.o., ul. Ogińskiego 2, 85-092 Bydgoszcz, Poland, KRS 0000889619, NIP 5621814196. Our contact details and information about your data are in the privacy notice. You can save or print this page before subscribing.

This is a free email newsletter about our workshop, the paid Operator Pack and our written audit service: four letters over ten days, then one a week. Marketing messages identify Aizen as the sender and make any offer and its conditions clear.

You need an internet connection, a browser and access to your email inbox. Use an address you control. Do not submit unlawful content. Email links can be forwarded or misused; do not share your confirmation or unsubscribe link.

When sign-up is open, enter your email, tick the separate email marketing consent box and select "Subscribe to the letter" to accept these terms. The subscription begins when you confirm through the emailed link. An unconfirmed request expires after 30 days. Without marketing consent you can still download send-guard.

End the subscription and withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in a letter or by contacting us through the privacy notice. There is no charge. This does not affect your purchases or the lawfulness of earlier processing. We may end the newsletter by telling subscribers; any new purpose or wider marketing requires a separate choice.

For a complaint about the newsletter, reply to a letter or contact us through the privacy notice, with the address you subscribed from and a description of the problem. We will reply within 14 days. This is our service commitment and does not limit your legal rights.
